Beria de Eline requested of the Realm of Roses that he be permitted to construct a center for research into magical creatures and other such beasts and forsaken abominations. According to Beria, this request was approved. Beria asked Lady Anna to administer this new center.

Sir Osmont of Sagara is courting Lady Anna-Katharina. Lady Anna is being dotted on by nearly all of Sagara. Dame Avaline wishes for Anna, Bodvar and the Embassy to, in some way, commit to Sagara and the Realm of Roses. They want East Blackwood to stay.

For now, an agreement has been made for a house of cultural exchange and trade in the Capital.
